Good night of food

The Japanese Culture has so many different types of food for me to eat I don't know where to begin and when to end. I thought I was going to become healthy and skinny here but I think it may be turning out the opposite. Everything is just so delicious! Of course I have been eating an abundance of Japanese traditional style foods but occasionally I have my cravings outside of the average Japanese spectrum. The other night, my cravings were soon fulfilled with another night out with the Cafe ain soph crew! Hiroco, Daisuke (crazy man!), Hiroko (different one) and I set out from the cafe to take a trip into Hiro-o to indulge in some fabulous pizza! The restaurant we went to was called Partenope: a restaurant to be one of the very few to have been approved by the Associazone Verace Pizza Napoletana which basically means, ITS GOOD! Our order: Peligrino, Margarita Pizza, Basil Olive Oil Pizza, and Eggplant Pizza. De-licious! 3 pizzas later and we were ready for dessert (well I could eat about 5 more to myself but had to stop, these things aren't cheap!). For dessert we went to a swanky cafe called Paper Moon in Minamiazabu. Daisuke mentioned that this place is quite famous within the world of Japanese actors/artists/singers/etc. and the chances of seeing one there was very high! To me however, I was not excited to see anyone famous, I was excited for these extremely expensive desserts! Mille Crepes Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake Tart, Plain Roll Cake, and my absolute favorite Mont Blanc Cake. This Mont Blanc Cake is topped with Marron frosting. Remember the picture I posted of the Marron I got for Howaito De (Japanese Grilled Chestnut)from Hirohisa? Well that is what this frosting is made of. I would accept a life of obesity if it meant I could eat the Mont Blanc Cake everyday! That my dear folks, is how good it was...
Mmmmmmm
